Moving out

Thanks for choosing Let’s Move we are sorry to see you go but we wish you all best on your way.

Please follow these few simple steps to make sure your move out goes as smoothly as possible:

Step 1: We require 1 month’s written notice which must expire in line with your tenancy start date and agreement.  Please send the notice by email to info@letsmovesalesandlettings.co.uk or by post to 359 Holderness Road, Hull, HU8 8RD.


Step 2: If a deposit was taken on the property, we will happily return this deposit to you (terms and conditions apply).


Step 3: Please advise all utility companies of your leaving date, provide them with meter readings and arrange to settle final accounts.

Move out terms 

The property should be returned to the standard it was let in. Please make sure the property and its gardens are clean and tidy throughout and minor repairs are taken care of, also ensure all rubbish and personal belongings are removed from the property.

The keys should be returned on the date of move out, remember rent is still chargeable until; the keys are returned.

All rent due should be paid in full on or before the move out date.

All of the above terms and conditions could affect the amount of your deposit to be returned. Please ensure you adhere to all of the above terms so both parties are happy and we can arrange for the return of your deposit in full.
