Step 1: Find a suitable property and arrange a viewing with one our friendly and helpful team members.
Step 2: Pay a small fee and apply for the property.
Step 3: Once you have passed the tenant referencing and checks you can arrange a move in date.
Step 4: Arrange to come into the office to sign your tenancy agreement. Don’t forget to bring identification with you and your first month’s rental payment together with the necessary deposit.
Once you’re in:
- Familiarise yourself with the gas and water stop cock – you never know when you might need it!
- Take meter readings and set up your utility accounts – gas, electric, water and council tax.
- Update your new address.
- We strongly advise you to take out contents insurance as per the terms of your tenancy agreement.
